What is Netcoin?

On August 17, 2008 netcoin.org was registered, a day prior to bitcoin.org, capturing the attention of the cryptocurrency community. Evidence suggests Satoshi Nakamoto may have initially considered "Netcoin" before launching Bitcoin.

In a calculated move to shield his identity, Satoshi Nakamoto turned to AnonymousSpeech, a Japanese service specializing in anonymous domain registration, to secure both netcoin.org and bitcoin.org. By utilizing AnonymousSpeech’s payment methods, such as cash, E-gold, or wire transfers to a Swiss bank account, Nakamoto left no financial trail.

Our Goal

Our aspiration as Netcoiners is to rewrite the cryptocurrency history. Netcoin seamlessly integrates tokenomics identical to Bitcoin’s, combined with wallet-.sol domains designed to store Netcoin and named after significant timestamps or prominent personalities(See Netnomics chapter). A primary objective is to acquire netcoin.org and reforge it as a monument to Satoshi Nakamoto, echoing his bold blueprint for a trustless, decentralized tomorrow.
